MyLK My Lifelong Learning Managment is an European research project supported by the Erasmus+. The team aims to create Dashboard for the automatic tracking of digital learning episodes of the individuals: learners, employees, professionals, whether the context of that learning is formal, non-formal, or informal. The main purpose is to help learners recognize what they have learnt; to facilitate gathering evidence of their learning and to present these in ways that are meaningful to the employers and other audiences. The Dashboard is mainly targeted at the learners however other audiences, such as educational institution, employers and HR departments can also benefit from its use. MyLK Dashboard will track and record online activities taken up by the user as learning episodes, facilitate recognition of skills and competences, suggest learning resources and help present them in a meaningful and coherent way. The Dashboard will also provide support for validation of skills, competences and qualifications by creating a network of institutions able to validate learners’ achievements. The Dashboard will aggregate digital learning episodes from various services and tools, be it a MOOC assignment, blog entry or a video watched. It will also suggest related resources and qualifications as well as identify learning objectives associated with each episode. Learner will be able to create a meaningful and targeted resume based on the learning episodes, learning objectives and a set of qualifications required for a certain position. Access to various Europe-wide validation procedures and institutions will be provided to support the process. MyLK project aims to provide Dashboard allowing users to automatically keep track and promote their digital learning experiences through their life.
